Delivery all the way home to your property line

When your hot tub has been manufactured, the shipping is booked via a suitable shipping company, you will then receive a message by email that the shipping is booked and also a package number so that you can track your hot tub, the delivery time may vary depending on the location. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

At the time of delivery, you must be in place to acknowledge that you have received your product.
It is then important that you check that no damage has occurred in the freight.
In the event of shipping damage, there must be a signature from the driver to receive compensation.

When you get your hot tub/terrace pool home, start by reading the instruction manual before opening the packaging.
It is also possible to pick up your bath from us in the evenings and weekends, time by agreement.

Accessories are sent by suitable shipping company and the cost depends on their size and weight. If you order the products in our webshop, you will see the final cost immediately.
Accessories are delivered to an agent near you.

If you are not available to unload your order, you will be charged for the costs incurred for the delivery. For packages that are delivered to a delivery point and that are not redeemed, you will be charged for shipping and return shipping.

Terminal rent is charged if you cannot receive your home delivery within 8 days of notification. The size of the terminal rent depends on how many days it remains at the shipping company.

All delivery times we indicate are delivery times from the factory to the shipping company.

The hot tubs are usually delivered by truck equipped to easily lift the tub onto the ground. Should it be the case that the address cannot be reached by the shipping company by truck, you will receive a message about this before delivery.
