Our warranties

Terrace pools, hot tubs & bathtub

The Consumer Law gives you a one-year warranty and a three-year right to complain about any manufacturing defects.
Because we manufacture the tubs ourselves, we know they will last, provided they are used correctly and not affected by external factors. Therefore, we can provide much more generous guarantees:

  • Three-year warranty on polyethylene plastic inserts
  • Two years warranty on stoves
  • One year on wear and tear items such as lights, gaskets, seals, heaters and pumps.

These guarantees are subject to following our installation manuals and maintenance instructions. Save the invoice or the delivery note. They are both valid as warranty certificates.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. In a warranty case, it is you as a customer who must remove the part that needs to be sent in for testing. It is also you as a customer who must reassemble the repaired/replaced part.

Stainless steel spa pool

In terms of warranty issues, it is important to note that we require all sides of the spa to be accessible to our service engineer in order to carry out warranty work effectively. We would like to point out that we are not responsible for any costs that may arise from the unavailability of the spa for warranty work. We are also not responsible for any loss of revenue in the rental business if the spa is not available for rental during the ongoing warranty investigation.

We are also not responsible for damage to electrical material caused by phase failure, power surges or other external factors.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover corrosion or deformation damage caused by high temperatures, high chlorine or salt content of the material (acid-resistant stainless steel EN 1.4404), incorrect pH value or hardness, contamination from loose objects or alkalinity.Nor do we accept responsibility for any consequential damage or defects caused by the buyer’s negligence, lack of care or accidents. If we incur costs due to an unjustified claim, we may charge the buyer for these costs.

In the case of our stainless steel spa pool, we have the following guarantees for private use:

  • 5 year warranty on the frame
  • 10 year leakage warranty on the stainless steel bath
  • 2 year warranty on components such as lighting, any UV-C lamp/ozone generator, spa cover, filters and PVC fittings.
  • 1 year warranty on gaskets/seals.

The warranty requires that you follow our installation manuals and maintenance instructions. Save the invoice or the delivery note. They are both valid as warranty certificates.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

The warranty does not apply to the following:

  • Damage caused by chlorine use
  • In case of ice formation in the spa or other parts.
