With a regular booking, you will be sent a shipping number as soon as we have booked the shipping and then it is usually possible to call the shipping company quite soon afterwards and see what day they plan to come out. Most shipping companies also calls before they come out with the bath.

Normally it takes about 5 days before the shipping company arrives with the pool/tub.

We are able to ship tubs throughout the EU. If your country is not listed as a possible delivery country, please contact us for shipping costs.

3- I have a technical question

Step 3: How do you want to proceed?

If you want to bathe in the same water several times, we recommend adding the bacteria-killing agent from biocool.

To remove the dirt from the water, you need to use a filtration system. We offer two different models, Aquaclarus that you hang over the edge and let it run for about 2 hours after bathing. With this filtration system you can keep the same water for up to a month.

Option two is a filtration system with filter and pump, then you need to have connections in the bath and this filter needs to be either picked in when it is freezing degrees or combined with an electric heater and then the filter system needs to be insulated. Contact us for more information and quote on that solution.

Insulation is mainly needed if you want to keep the water for a longer time, it does not affect the heating time so much but more the heat retention. However, the biggest difference in both heating time and heat retention is achieved with an insulated lid. If an insulated lid is not used, the bath does not need to be insulated as the heat first disappears upwards.

The insulation consists of a thermoreflective mat that is mounted in the walls and 50 mm cellular plastic in the bottom between the bars of the hot tub.

Yes, that’s fine. However, you should not backfill against the insulation but leave it open around the bath so that the pressure of soil/gravel does not eventually break the insulation.

You also need to consider any drainage of the ground so that the bath does not stand in water. You also need to dig out space for the technical installation (approx. 1x1m) which should be at the same bottom level as the bath.

The pump should be placed as close to the bath as possible, maximum one meter from the bath. It is possible to upgrade the bath with a stronger pump that can then stand 3 meters from the bath. Contact us for a quote and more information.

A 3kW heater should have 1 phase and 16A. If you order a 6kW bath, it consists of two 3kW heaters, each with one phase and 16A.
