Execution The insert The plastic is rotationally molded in a durable, maintenance-free and UV-resistant polyethylene plastic. The plastic is virtually indestructible and has an estimated lifespan of more than 40 years. The plastic can withstand heat up to 130 degrees and down to -50 degrees. It is environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. The insert is available in beautiful dark gray with stone effect, the stone effect makes dirt and sea water less visible in the hot tub. The lid The lid is shaped, with a core of heavy insulation to keep the heat in the water even during the cold winters. The lid is reinforced and covered in fine gray vinyl. The lid is foldable in the middle which makes the lid smooth and easy to lift off. The lid has four straps with associated brackets and locks, the locks have a two-digit code lock. The lock and brackets are mounted with the supplied screws. Heater, pump and display Digital display from Balboa where you easily set the bath temperature and cleaning cycles. All connections to mount this are included. A complete package quite simply. With the display, which is mounted in, for example, the trolley, you can easily set the temperature of the water and times for cleaning the pool. Thanks to this, the pump only runs when the water needs to be cleaned or heated, resulting in low operating costs. The pump is 0.33 kw and is adapted in size to our terrace pools. The pump is Balboa's own and is built and adapted to spa pools. Our recommendation is that the technical installation is located next to and at the same level as the bath. If the system needs to be further away from the bath, a larger pump is needed, contact us for more information. Structure Polyethene plastic The plastic is not self-supporting, it needs a support for the floor and seating area. Build your own support using our drawings and assembly videos or buy an insulation package (you do not need to build any support with the insulation package, it gets the support it needs then) Then place the bath on a flat and stable surface that can withstand the weight of the water and the bathers. Choose full insulation to also get insulation for the technical equipment. The insulation It is important to have good insulation to be able to keep a low operating cost, we offer Sweden's best insulation package for our baths. 85mm thick in the walls and made of EPS 100. Insulated technology box  When choosing fully insulated, the insulation comes with an insulated technology box. The measurements for the box are 920x920 mm and 950 mm high.
